Profile :

Gather and organize software requirement for prototyping and customization
Develop, analyze and implement Business Process Mapping, Software Test Case, Business Intelligence Reports, and Business Intelligence Tools
Develop, evaluate, recommend and approve changes to Standard Operating Procedures, Software Requirement Specifications, and File Replication Service
Perform User Acceptance Testing and Document results
Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented systems and project facilitation
Develop and implement procedures for credentialing, billing, collections and account receivables
Conduct Project Review meetings and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes to stakeholders
Facilitate the development of the interface between the Location Information Server and Practice Management systems
Develop templates for data extraction from the Location Information Server and validate extracted data
Oversee audit to ensure compliance state and federal statutes

Requirements :

Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduation in Engineering
Resource with atleast 5 years of work experience in medical billing domain with hands on experience in business process reengineering
Atleast 3 years of work experience in roles of quality assurance, process management and consulting
Should be a SME in area of Eligibility verification, Credentialing, Accounts receivable and Claims management
Should have worked as a Business Analyst in software related to medical billing and integration systems
Should have independently handled customer accounts and relationship
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Six Sigma certificate holders would be given preference
Tools: Visio, MS Office, Practice Management Software like CollaborateMD, AdvancedMD, Practice fusion etc
Experience in using Third Party Clearing House
Experience in Business Intelligence and modelling tools like Power BI , Visio, Word, Excel
